"Our experience with Ron & Russ's flooring was amazing. The store is simple, has no frills, and makes you feel like the people running it know what they are doing. Ron's knowledge of carpets added a level of guidance and trust to the process, and Russ's careful measuring and professionalism set the stage for what would be the best carpet installation we have ever had. Luis, our installer, ripped out and installed three rooms with stairs in one day, by himself. He was like the energizer bunny stopping just briefly for lunch. He was careful, courteous, respectful of our home, and did a job that was better and more precise than larger crews from different companies have done in the past. Dealing with Ron and Russ has been more like dealing with family. They have taken away the stress when it comes to replacing any of our flooring. They are number 1 on our list."
